minutes. We often receive patients who
complain of heart palpitation, or
increased heart rate, even if an earlier
EKG result did not show any disruptions
in heart rhythm. This occurs due to
patients not having experienced
arrhythmia at the moment of the EKG
being carried out, which usually lasts
only several seconds. In 70% of these
sorts of cases, once the patient is
exposed to monitoring which lasts 30
minutes, the result will usually reveal
the type of heart irregularity. Patient
monitoring is especially important in
cases of transitory disorders, ischemic
